I’m Louise, and I’m working towards a career in Product Management — combining strong people skills, structured thinking, and a growing technical foundation.

My background is in education and assessment, where I support apprentices through structured learning journeys and help them succeed at End Point Assessment. Over time, I realised I was most energised by work that involved:

• solving problems

• improving processes

• understanding what people need

• building practical solutions

That’s what led me to product.

Product Management appeals to me because it sits at the intersection of:

• people (users + stakeholders)

• technology (what’s possible)

• business value (what matters most)

I enjoy translating complex problems into clear plans, keeping teams aligned, and making improvements that have measurable impact — whether that’s in a product, a service, or a customer journey.

What I’m focusing on right now

Right now, I’m actively building my skills through:

• hands-on projects (like this website)

• structured learning (online courses + self-directed research)

• practising product thinking (user needs, prioritisation, MVPs, success metrics)
